Sabram Estates in Yukon is a small neighborhood located just a little over two miles south of old Route 66 on Sara Road. It is a well-established community showing pride of ownership all around. Lake Overholser and Overholser Park can be seen from Sabram Estates’ main entrance.
An active HOA (Home Owners Association) with annual dues of $50.00 has been incorporated and maintains and upkeeps common areas.
